Fresh , Hot delicious pizza, great service

I like that pizza!

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the restaurant's policy of not allowing outside food, even for a two-year-old. A baby can't eat pizza, and yet we weren't allowed to bring in their food. I believe this type of restriction doesn't take into account basic needs like infant feeding and shows a lack of empathy towards families. I hope you will review this policy and be more flexible in cases like this.

Oh my God! What happened to the traditional Pizarelli? Terrible service. Horrible pizza.

I arrived with an elderly lady, and they didn't offer her any menu options. Then they kicked me out of the establishment because I couldn't bring in food from elsewhere. The manager was rude and impolite. It's a shame such a famous chain has employees who damage its reputation.
