Taste of the pizza is fine but not worth the price given the small size and flimsey crust. Basically 1000 pesos for 6 normal sized pieces of pizza. We had a bigger and way better tasting pizza for the same price in a fancier restaurant on the strip in the Zona Colonial. Our Biggest complaint is how they handled the bills. We had a larger group and multiple bills ordered a pizza that was split between two toppings. The server failed to inform any of us that a charge is added PER topping on TOP of the FULL price of the original pizza. A small fee would make sense, but we were basically charged half the price of an additional pizza just to split a pizza. On top of this our server added someone else’s beverage from our party to our personal bill. (Which we paid bc it wasnt worth the hassle at this point). These two things added about 850 unnecessary pesos (after taxes) to our personal bill and subpar food experience. Dont order a split-topping pizza, just order two pizzas. Or better yet, go to the zona colonial and eat a phenomenal and bigger pizza on a rooftop for the same price.

I’m not usually a fan of pizza chains, but I happened to step into Pizzarelli by chance for a quick bite. We tried three different pizzas—the Vesuvio, Carnevale, and one topped with Serrano ham. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by their thin, well-balanced slices. Each pizza was carefully prepared, and the flavors were on point. Definitely a spot worth revisiting when a pizza craving hits in Santo Domingo!

Every single time I have a great experience here. If you love that rustic, savory, brick over pizza dough, this is your place. Service always excelent.

Loved it here. We received amazing service which is rare for us in Santo Domingo. The pizza was delicious, beer was cold, atmosphere was nice, and the manager was out there working and personally ensuring that patrons were satisfied which is always great to see. 10/10 would recommend! Very hardworking staff.
