The pizza is very good; sometimes they have a lot of orders, but it's worth the wait and it's a good price.

Pizza was just ok

Clavito, a not-so-secret gem discovered by chance, was a combination of hunger and a desire for a flavor that wasn't mainstream but still reminiscent of old-fashioned pizzerias—a taste that's becoming increasingly rare in Dominican pizzas. Here I found a truly artisanal flavor, high quality, and incredibly affordable for the size of a proper large pizza with a multitude of fresh, all-natural ingredients (La Pizza Especial). They don't need any promotion or advertising; I realized it's one of the open secrets of Plaza Universitaria in Sarasota. The nearly 30 kilometers traveled... were totally worth it! 😋

I really like the dough and cheese on these pizzas. It's an iconic flavor of this place that never changes. Very affordable and plenty of cheese for the price. On weekends, a 12-slice pizza costs RD$500. It's not a place to sit down and eat, only for delivery or pickup.
