The shop is pretty well supplied and you find a lot of good stuff...my only concern is with the personnel...how trained are they with customer service? Are they dealing with a lot of bad-quality people, as they seem to be stressed and can't seem to make a difference when it comes to Customer Service? Are they having a lot of shoplifters? A lot of mischievous customers? Can they make a difference? I'm calling this out because one of the management/owners of the place once attended me (her name is Mrs. Rosa), and her manners and treatment were so exquisite, with such a finesse, that I still hold it and recall it as one of the top reasons as to why I still go to this place.
