Everything was excellent. From the accomodations, cleanliness, service and food. At the FREE breakfast, servers Daniela, Yerina, Lily and Wellington went above and beyond with attention. I would recommend to friends and family.

The service in this family run hotel is amazing and they help to make you feel like you are a part of their family. Specifically the kitchen staff: Wellington, Steven, Maravilla, Ana, Yerina, and Daniela have given us the best service by taking care of all of our needs. The receiving/reception staff: Jeffery, Cristian, Brainy, Yulissa, Angel, Victor, Lisbeth, and Jennifer have always welcomed us with genuine care and have helped us solve every problem we have had quickly. Truly, the experience with all of hotel staff is excellent. Coming to this hotel is the an excellent choice and experience when in Santiago de los Caballeros.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I asked the front desk to call me a taxi to the airport. The taxi driver wanted 1200 Pesos (more than double the normal cost). I called the hotel front desk and told them what happened and they hung-up on me. Don't waste your time staying here.
