The playground in my neighborhood, while it would be nice if it were better equipped since it's the only entertainment, would also benefit from having a designated area for younger children (like a park). Unfortunately, there are no authorities who seem to care about the youth of this neglected area.

I want to visit that place, but I don't know how to get there, I mean, to the beach.
