I had a great stay. The young guy at the front desk was very nice. He spoke with the right tone and looked like he cared about what he was doing. The next morning the gentleman who cooked my breakfast was the same way. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names. They did their best to understand my English and respond kindly. The breakfast was amazing. Clean and spacious rooms. Love it!

I stayed at Plaza Florida for two months while I was in Santo Domingo for work. I really enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend this hotel. My room, with kitchen, was very nice spacious, and clean with space for me to work. But above all, the entire staff was great: welcoming, efficient, discreet, and gentle. The quality of service during the two months never diminished. It is also a secure and good location. Will for sure go there if my work brings me back to Santo Domingo.

Good Hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable featuring a living area and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and in good shape. The hotel is a little bit further away from the colonial city center, but easy to reach by taxi. The breakfast is very simple, but ok for the price. There was a minor problem during our stay, but the hotel team and management where very apologetic and honest in the management of the situation. Great job! I can recommend this hotel.

I loved my 14 day stay!!! The staff was welcoming and I felt safe. The staff kept my room clean and orderly, the breakfast was tasty and filling. I would recommend this suite to everyone mainly because it has a full kitchen with standard appliances and cutlery. It’s next door to a five star steak house/restaurant. Ahhh! Heaven in one place. I will return again to the. DR and you better believe I’m coming right back to Plaza Florida Suites! Thanks for exceeding my expectations. Casi & Shone Brooks!!

The room is one open space only door inside is the bathroom door. There's no privacy. If your a couple the room is good. Otherwise it can be uncomfortable. Pull out sofa mattress sucks. The breakfast could have more variation. The area feels safe and supermarket is walking distance, which was great. The picturet of the gym made it look bigger than it was but as a bikini fitness athlete I managed. The ecleptical and bicycle aren't working though. Service was very nice and amicable, that got them an extra star.
