You can see photos of the businesses, church, and other establishments located there. It has been open since its construction without security, and the dirty courtyard lacks a garden, with trash strewn at the entrance, creating a frightening image for visitors. ▄The waste disposal area is completely abandoned. This means that after the garbage truck passes, the place is left in the same state. No one is paid to clean it. The photos come out clear, as if the place is well-maintained. Which is not the case. Behind the Plaza is the "Jardines Luperón" residential complex, which belongs to the same owner. Very clean, indeed beautiful, as if it belonged to a different person. To get to the residential complex, you have to walk right through the Plaza's entrance. A businessman with absolutely no discernment. There are many like him in the heart of the city. Every month, his law firm has to collect from the tenants. Whether in good condition or bad, the prices of both commercial spaces and homes are exorbitant in Gurabo. It's very clean here and you can find a little bit of everything; I recommend it as a shopping center.

It's a diverse plaza and includes a pharmacy, bar, gym, beauty salon, among other things.
