All I can say is that I was able to top up my internet connection and pay for it. The place is so unsafe that you're constantly expecting a robber to come. I actually lost money by practically running to my car. Everyone is always scared. You can't run errands that take more than five minutes downstairs because the stress can kill you. Unless you're armed or have a black belt in some martial arts, you shouldn't walk around with a gun in that place.

Very poor service from the sales manager; he speaks rudely to customers and treats them as if the product were free. If you have any problems, he acts like you're getting something for free.

The Edesur premises are a bit uncomfortable due to the limited space and lack of air conditioning.
