This plaza is dirty, bathrooms are dirty, no toilet paper (lady watching YouTube provides small amout of toilet paper)

There's no nightlife, just Coco Bongo and a few bars nearby. Besides that, there's nothing else to do. For example, I wanted to get a hamburger after leaving Coco Bongo, and they didn't have any.
