Don't rent a space in this plaza. It's neglected and quite ugly, the management is awful, and the power goes out frequently. Parking is always a problem. Please consider another plaza; you'll thank me later.

If you're thinking of opening a business in this plaza, do yourself a favor and DON'T rent here. Aside from the management's lack of respect, the electricity is a terrible problem; it goes out frequently, and their electrical system is a complete mess.

It's very neglected, there's very little parking, there's no security, and the place looks dirty.
