Safe, with a fairly wide variety of businesses, however, the life span of most businesses in this ''Plaza'' is very short. I assume that most of the businesses that rent the place are not aware of the fact that when the university (which is right behind it) closes at the end of each semester, the amount of customers is greatly reduced, on top of that, summer semester is a harsh time if we take into account that many students skip it. We also need to take into account that if you are planning to open a Food And Beverages establishment, you will have to compete with McDonalds, which is right in front of this ''Plaza''. Anyway, it is a nice place.

Good quality lunches including soup main course desert and soft drink for less than four dollars, quiet a deal.

It has some really nice places were you can have a nice time with family or friends
