Doesn't match price with quality

I spent 350,000 pesos on purchases over three months ago, and they delivered the bed along with the wrong base. When I complained, they showed up a month and a half later with the same base they had originally sent. I complained again, but they just ignored me. My bed is getting damaged, and they haven't come to fix what they should. I won't spend another cent with them—they're so irresponsible!

The appliances are of good quality, but the claims and delivery service is terrible. They act like they're doing you a favor and shirk their responsibilities. They don't even answer messages or calls to contact them to make a claim. I had to use the sales extension, where they actually take calls, for obvious reasons. They just need to improve that, and their logistics too.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good opinion of you. Last October, I bought a 43-inch Samsung television, believing it to be a good brand, since I have one at home that is over 5 years old and has never given me any problems. However, the one I bought from you stopped working after a year, and when I called about the warranty, all they gave me was a repair shop number.
