I went in July and loved but this second time around now in September was horrible. They did not service my grandmother well. The ladies acted like they did not know what they were doing. I attended the salon about 3 times in the same week and everytime the service just got worse. Once i left my grandma then went alone with a voucher we had received during their promotional days and they did not do her hair well or wanted to use the products the little coupons for. They then also left their hairs wet and did not style properly. Definetely will not be going back after spending so much and not receiving good service.The customer service in the ladies charging was also horrible. They need to learn how to attend people better and how to actually service. We all left here very unhappy.

Really nice shop. They open at 7 am, which is a plus. I was really happy with the services provided. Friendly staff and great prices.

Beautiful Nail bar and hair saloon. Decorated with pink roses and roses wallpaper. Excellent service, ask for Isabel. Took my step daughter there and we both had a mani-pedi. Water and coffee on the house. Cocktail menu available. A little hight end place for me, but im cheap for this kind of stuff, a little less than USD 60 for the service.

Nice, clean and a little different but a great experience being in a Dominican Republic spa. I would go again.

Plenty of room to serve many people at once.
