I was surprised by the quality of the chicken, especially the barbecue sauce they put on the chicken breasts. The breading was perfect and crispy. The chicken was well-seasoned and very flavorful. The service was a 10/10. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff was very attentive. And the drinks were perfect. Highly recommended.
You have to be very careful with the chicken. The one I was served was rotten and smelled awful; it was inedible and could be harmful to your health. My visit was on May 12, 2017, at 2:00 PM. I complained to the cashier, and they confirmed the situation, threw it away, and replaced it with chicken breast, which wasn't even cooked properly. I don't know what's going on because the quality wasn't that bad before.
Well, as a Dominican, I received terrible service. First of all, the person taking orders—I think the young woman at the register—lacked proper customer service skills; she was rude and gave very unpleasant responses. Secondly, the quality was awful—the chicken was raw, bloody, and tasteless. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.
Acabo de comprar dos servicios de boletos y me cobraron 2 veces con targeta, en el internet bankig se ve que fue debitado, y el administrador. Dice que no le di el número de reclamación y el dice que no tiene el dinero, en su cuenta. Aparentemente ellos están acostumbrados a decir que la targeta sale declinada para luego tomar lo que no le pertenece, y que me perdone Dios si estoy pecando, también le dije que espero que no, me aparezca un consumo, por que no vivo en romana vivo en bávaro si me aparece otro consumo lvoy a proceder legalmente.
Serious question, @pollosvictorina: Do you owe the cashier at Jumbo Romana named Jokairy her salary? Because with that rude attitude, she shouldn't be serving customers. Besides speaking to you disrespectfully, if you ask her something, she gives you a dirty look and serves you the same way, putting things on your plate that you don't even want because of her lack of attention. I work in customer service, and I leave my problems at home when I get to work. Please improve your customer service, as I see the comments here are all about the same thing. I hope you take this into account.
