Sloppy service, long waits. Food is OK, if you have both time and patience.

My husband uber the food at 1:30,is 5pm am still waiting ✋️, after they got 80 dollars.

I've been several times, on different days and at different times, both through the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, and they almost always take a very long time to deliver (25 minutes or more). They don't seem to grasp the concept of "fast food," which is a serious problem for this type of business, especially considering the stiff competition in the same area from other restaurants. Aside from the delivery time, the food is good; I've always liked it, but it's not my go-to place if I'm in a hurry or really hungry. They need to improve that.
