The young ladies that work here are exceptionally mean. I do not know why (Thursday October 2 at 8:00 pm). We watch people walk in and out without purchasing. The attitude and service was atrocious . To the Owners: these young ladies are sabotaging Pollos Victorina in the Colonial Zone. Sorry.

I went to eat but the food was not good so and the portion is not good for the price I don’t recommend it.

I love Pollo Victorina, especially their yucca fritters. This time, I only went to the Colonial Zone branch for that: 4 fritters for RD$200.00. The atmosphere is relaxed, not very big, but it's fine. The service staff is not friendly at all. You can't even ask them a question about the menu; they just tell you to read it on the screen. I recommend that at least one of their staff members speak English. I saw customers who only speak English and couldn't communicate.
