Quality of the food has improved. Not so salty as it used to be, so it's great. Flavor is very good. Prices can be improved. Also, the service is ok.

Pollos Vitoria is a dominican staple. Every dominican has tried it and knows about it, they are the standard for fried chicken in the country, nothing else comes close to the top. Try the croquetas also.

I don't know how, but they keep the classic flavor in all their products
