Great location, very cozy decor, everything very clean, and excellent customer service! I gave it this rating because I think there are areas where they can improve, and I'm sure they will, given the helpfulness of the management. Specifically: - Towels and kitchen utensils need to be in better condition. - It's always good to have blankets in the rooms to use when you turn on the air conditioning. - A microwave in the shared kitchen is a great help. - An iron is necessary, especially when you're traveling for business.
