The building is a mix of commercial and residential spaces. I stayed at an Airbnb on the 3rd floor and it was nice as it had an industrial vibe. The only knock is that the walls and residences are very close and everything can be heard throughout the floor.

Security of the building is lacking. Beware of renting this location.

Broken elevator, no lights repaired, badly maintained.

I stayed here for four nights and was truly amazed by the service and cleanliness of the apartments. The owner was also extremely attentive and friendly.

Comfortable, well located, very clean and with parking, highly recommended
