They were incredibly irresponsible. I went to them on a recommendation for my wedding photos. After I paid everything, they stopped answering my calls, and I've been traveling for months because they have no interest in providing the photos we agreed to, nor do they want to refund my money. My wedding should be a beautiful memory, and I curse the day I hired them.
