The BEST and the MOST WONDERFUL stay at Casa de Campo Premier Club!!! Starting from checking in Erolis B is super smart and helpful (as we use US standard). She was not only checked us in but gave us all details about our All-inclusive package and booked us on the two most famous restaurants, La Piazzetta and La Casita, as there are concert and polo tournament taking place during our stay. She also booked the next day horseback riding for us. She is so amazing and is an asset to Casa de Campo!! The bell boy team, Edward, Jonathan, Axell, Luis R are also excellent. Katherine A helped checking us out very smoothly also with no issue. She also came out and sent us off to the van taking us to the airport. She is so pleasant. Overall, everything was outstanding but with one constructive feedback. Our concierge lady was super busy (she said) and our inquiries were not fulfilled in a timely manner (we talked about half to a day in 2 activities). We had to personally stopped by 30 mins before the events to make sure that she had the right answer/booking for us although we had a WhatsApp group text with her. She also confirmed a van pick up but when we were there the bell boy said there is no record of booking. Erolis was able to book things for us during check in for a matter of minutes not several hours as we experienced. As this is a premier club, perhaps, management should have more concierge personnel to help out.
We had an amazing stay at Casa de Campo. We stayed in the Premium Suits and the room was absolutely breathtaking. The view was incredible from every location, amenities are insane, and the staff provides top tier service. They provide golf carts to get around but also shuttle service as needed. Euri helped shuttle us around during our stay and even saved us a few times when we were running late to a few spots. I highly recommend booking the Premier Suits!
We go 1x a month. Rooms are beautiful. Perks are endless. Staff is fantastic.
Staying at the Premier Club at Casa de Campo feels like entering a quieter, more refined version of the resort. From the moment you check in at the private reception lounge, it’s clear this experience is designed for guests who value privacy, space, and personalized service. There are 58 suites in total, including Junior Suites with king or double beds, one-bedroom Premier Suites, and a three-bedroom Presidential Suite that accommodates up to twenty people. All include a personal four-passenger golf cart, essential for navigating the resort’s 7,000 acres. Rooms are spacious and bright, with a clean, modern Caribbean design. Upper floors offer wider views, while ground-level suites provide generous terraces with direct access to the gardens. Inside, everything is arranged for comfort without excess. Expect 1,000-thread-count bedding, oversized Smart TVs, a well-stocked wet bar, and a custom pillow and aromatherapy menu on request. The Presidential Suite feels like a full private villa, complete with a dining area, kitchen, and multiple seating spaces. Premier Club guests do not have a private pool or gym, but they have full access to Casa de Campo’s main facilities, including the spa, fitness center, pools, golf courses, and beach club. The spa, in particular, is a standout, with hydrotherapy areas, jungle views, and thoughtful treatments offered daily. One of the highlights of the Premier Club is the cocktail hour from 5 to 7 p.m., included in the room rate. Guests gather in the Club Lounge for complimentary canapés and premium drinks in a peaceful setting. Though the Club does not serve breakfast directly, guests may enjoy breakfast in-room or at restaurants like Lago or La Caña, both included in the stay. Service throughout is discreet and polished. Staff are present when needed but never overwhelming. The text-based concierge system makes everything more convenient, whether you’re requesting a golf cart replacement or spa booking. Everything runs smoothly. The location places you close to Altos de Chavón, the marina, the amphitheater, and Minitas Beach Club. Transportation is easy with the included cart and shuttles for key events. Casa de Campo has hosted figures like Beyoncé and Bill Clinton, and while many celebrities choose private villas, the Premier Club provides a similar level of privacy with added convenience. Seasonal packages often include extras like unlimited golf, spa credits, or dining plans, especially during quieter months. But even without promotions, the value of the experience stands out. It is the kind of place that understands luxury not as show, but as substance. If you found this review helpful, please consider leaving a like :)
