All school books available

Terrible service. This school year has been a very unpleasant experience. The young woman working as a receptionist or secretary is incredibly unhelpful. I ordered books and paid in full, and it's been over a month with no response regarding the books or anything else, only that the order is delayed. They're so unresponsive that they don't answer calls. In previous school years, it wasn't like this; they were efficient and provided good service. Unfortunately, if you don't want to be disappointed, don't buy your books there.

I've been buying my baby's books here for three years, and unfortunately, this last time was a complete disappointment. They changed management, and the service went downhill. I ordered some books that were supposed to arrive in three days, but a month later, I still hadn't received one of them. I called and wrote, but they completely ignored me. It got to the point where I decided to buy the book elsewhere. They didn't give me a refund for either the book or the other items they sent me that were wrong. The customer service representative told me she didn't like customers talking "nonsense" when I was just trying to get what I had already paid for.

It's a small place, but they usually have all the school books, dictionaries, and other supplies for students, and sometimes they even give away gifts with purchases. Their customer service is acceptable. I've been buying my books there for about three years now. I think it's more convenient, in many ways, even though the store isn't big, than other bookstores and school supply stores.
