Terrible service! We waited several hours for an ambulance that was scheduled in advance... as if time didn't matter in critical medical situations. After a very long wait, we called to ask, and the response was a simple: "If you don't want to wait, find another company." To top it all off, when the ambulance finally arrived, it had a flat tire! The lack of professionalism and empathy is unbelievable. You can't trust these people, especially not in critical moments like medical emergencies.

I used their services twice, and both times they arrived an hour late. I scheduled a transfer for my father, who had been admitted days in advance, and they were still negligent in terms of punctuality. Due to COVID, lab appointments are required, but they didn't care. We called and emailed, and no one took responsibility. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEGLIGENT! You don't play games with people's health and lives!
