Excellent place to find everything that you may need for you and your bike

I've had an excellent experience with PROOMTB. It's a shop that not only offers a wide variety of specialized cycling products, but also stands out for the quality of its service. I've purchased several items and used their bike maintenance service, and on each occasion, I've received top-notch service. Both the team and the owner are always helpful, professional, and friendly, which inspires a lot of confidence. I've never taken my bike in for maintenance, but judging by the reviews, it's not worth it. What I see is that they sell a lot of things at a significant markup... things you can find cheaper elsewhere or even online.

The worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop. I wish I could give it less than one star, but I can't, and I've had several cars and motorcycles repaired at different shops in this city. Besides being expensive, the service is dishonest because they add parts you didn't ask for and then charge you for them after the job is done, and you can't say no. The work takes longer than they say, and they don't communicate delivery dates. On top of all this, you'd expect top-notch work, but it's mediocre. In the end, they didn't even test the bike after it was fixed because I had to go back for them to adjust it. They make critical changes to transmission parts and don't explain how the new part they installed will work, completely disrupting your experience with your bike. In short, SAVE YOURSELF A WHOLE MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT DONE PROPERLY.

Good service, the transmission they installed was perfect. I didn't like that they kept parts from my old transmission: the gear shift lever and brake disc. Be careful with your mechanics; they must return all the parts they remove.
