Terrible service. They simply told me they couldn't send staff. I asked repeatedly if they would contact me when someone was available, but they couldn't even answer that. They just leave you hanging with no solution, only saying they don't have staff and can't give you a date. The business is completely unresponsive. I had to look for other service providers.

I used to recommend this company and had used them several times. But after scheduling a visit a week in advance, and repeatedly requesting a service appointment, they told me at the last minute that they couldn't provide their services and that I should find another company. In other words, they should have told me from the beginning that they were overwhelmed with commitments and couldn't see me. But no, their best course of action was to waste my time. They lost a customer due to negligence and poor customer service. Irresponsible.

Excellent service, fast and professional. They were always very clear and transparent with the quote and the service provided. The technicians care about providing good service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This attitude is not very common among similar service providers. Congratulations, success.
