Worst service ever. Impossible to get the appointments needed. And the follow ups after going to a doctor are not real. Impossible to see the same doctor again.

I would like to thank the clinic as a whole for the well-organized process. I arrived with a high fever and a severe cough, asking to be seen as soon as possible because I was burning up and had no strength. I was admitted within 5 minutes! Dr. Yesmin Santana was very kind and performed a thorough examination, including multiple procedures, and prescribed the right medication. Just 1.5 hours later, I already felt significantly better. Five hours later, I received my test results and a detailed treatment plan for Influenza Type A. I was genuinely impressed by the kindness, speed, and professionalism of the entire team. Thank you so much for your help!

Went to visit the “doctor” on call 12/29 twice 6pm and 10pm. Checked our daughter’s ears and said both of them were red meaning she has an ear infection. She had a fever that we were able to control with Tylenol and ibuprofen. We were only concerned about her ears but her only solution was for her fever. Once we declined her fever treatment suddenly our 2 year old daughter didn’t have an ear infection. The way she talked and her attitude seemed like she won’t help us on purpose because we go ahead with her fever treatment. Very un professional. Annoying our daughter will have to suffer another 2 days until we get back to our home in the US.

I frequent this place and all I can say is that this place is decaying. It is supposed to be top notch because it is in the Village and they charge more than other places. I go there to receive the service I pay for, but I had a horrible experience. The service was terrible (a few people were complaining about this). I was trying to be as understanding as possible, but these people were unorganized and the doctor they had on call lacks bedside manners and experience. She just wanted to rush people out of their way. She had a terrible attitude and ended up saying she was doing me a favor. Really? If I come in pain to an ER is because I need help. I have a high pain tolerance, so if I went there is because I needed to be seeing. But it was a waste of my time and money (they overcharged me and said it was the insurance didn't covered everything, which they didn't before they treated me like they usually do). They sent me to do the process for lab work like it was a regular consultation, gave me the wrong instructions, and had me waiting for a long time. It was so bad that Dr. Adriana Aceituno Alvarez even denied that she had seen me in the emergency room and the secretary said the prescription I showed them was not from there, when it was in fact from there. The doctor didn't even tell what type of medicine she put on me and said she's not there to do anything other than put pain medicine. So she puts medicine without looking at the lab work or studies. So she could be killing or making someone health worse because she could care less. I could write more, but this post will be too long. The administration needs to up their game and don't allow these types of issues. If you have an emergency don't go there, they are not even equipped to small emergencies and if Dr. Aceituno Alvarez is there, you will get very little help.

All I can say is wow. Amazing service and professionalism. They took me in right away and doctor Isabel fixed my issue with no problem at all. I feel much better now thanks to her. She was with me for half an hour, got a prescription and left and I only paid $US60.00. I can honestly say way better than where I come from. In Canada heath care is in shambles! Thank you so much for your services. I will definitely recommend this clinic to everybody who comes to Dominican Republic.
