We had a wonderful time in Cap Cana! Through VRBO, we rented A23 Punta Palmera from Kevin in January 2026. The condo was beautiful and well-appointed, the view was spectacular, the beach was just steps from our unit, and the entire experience was lovely! Kevin and his on-site host, Hector, were very helpful. We rented the golf cart while we were there, which made getting around quite easy. Kevin's website about the unit and the surrounding area also provided us with very useful information. We enjoyed the quiet of the Punta Palmera Beach, and the restaurant and bar a short walk or golf cart ride up the way at Api Beach. Our favorite restaurant was Casa Costa! Food and service were amazing. We will return for sure!

The apartment as it is in the photos, very comfortable ,modern ,clean ,well equipped with everything you need to spend a few fantastic days ,quiet and very safe place.Communication with the host was excellent always available and very helpful. There was a cook available for an additional fee.Can’t wait to go back.

Great place to stay. Had a great time with the best ocean views. The word unbelievable doesn't describe it. Had all the amenities you could ask for,Fishing, sailing,kayaking and more. Great people, great host,can't wait to go again next year.

Beautiful accommodations! True ocean front beach access. Private and secluded with all amenities available. We had private chef, fishing trip and massage! Been to this part of the island before and did not compare to this!

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, and an excellent view of the ocean. Totally recommend for anyone that wants a safe community and tranquility.
