We went to the pickup point sent to us, came about 5 minutes early. Waited over an hour called multiple times sent many messages kept being told to wait, the bus eventually drove up and then just kept going and didn’t stop to pick us up even though we were waiving at it. Waited another 30-40 minutes being told it would come back. It never did, they eventually just told us they couldn’t get us and we missed the tour. They reimbursed us in full but I have never had a tour agency straight up not show up.

The trip to Catalina Island was amazing. The water was so clear you could see the fish from above, and snorkeling was fantastic. We had lunch overlooking the sea, with great music and a great atmosphere all day long. Definitely one of those trips that makes you want to come back.
