Musst be the smallest and most expensive IKEA store I have ever seen. When you enter the store as a client they don't even care to say hello
Today, I had an excellent experience at Ikea Romana! Like many people, I lost a few of the famous Ikea screws while assembling my furniture. Michael, who works in the pick-up area, took the time to help me out. He went to check in the warehouse and found exactly the screws I needed. This small gesture made a big difference and saved me a lot of hassle! Thank you again, Michael, and kudos to the Ikea Romana team for their exceptional service!
Has been 8 days since IKEA compromised to deliver my children's chairs. We are still waiting. - Update... I have to go and get them before they return them to their warehouse. They DIDN'T respond as they promised. Also, they have a lot of stuff in their showroom that are actually not available. The staff does not know what do they have, and their not willing to go the extra mile to answer your questions. #IKEA #neglectful
Nice to be able to shop online and skip going to Santo Domingo to buy things from iIkea . I LOVE Ikea. Its perfect that they will deliver to Bayahibe! Nice bonus!
