The food was incredibly delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high. We ordered the Dominican parrilla
Love the place the food taste great, food quality excellent, the service is excellent. There's not private parking you shou park in the street but there was enough space to park.
Food was excellent but very bad service. To start the servers were not thrill to go to work nor had to much experience in the field. The owner was not present at the time so that can be a big reason. We ordered our drinks and when the server came back he brought drinks that we did not ordered, after we complaint he told us they don't have the soft drinks we previously ordered, no ketchup, also didn't lobster even though it was in the menu. Last when I was about to pay the bill, they didn't accept credit cards after they have told us yes, because the credit card machine didn't had any paper to print the receipts. It was an awkward experience and I'm glad we had cash since we don't carry cash in the Dominican Republic. This is a well know restaurant on Instagram so I hope the can cater to the International customers a little better....
Pretty good food, but expensive to be a real hole in the wall, eating with cats and dogs. $43 for lobster, about 6 shrimp and BS sides including $7.50 for a corona beer that cost $2 at the store. I only went because the Instagram pics look incredible.
I've been following Punto Parrillada on IG for 2 years and am finally visiting la capital, so I opted to take my mother in law here for Dominican Mother's Day. They are a little unorganized when it comes to seating and ordering, but the food is amazing and worth the hassle.
