Absolutely incredible and professional service. Nelson is a very knowledgeable guy and was able to diagnose my Mac quickly. I had to change display and wait a few weeks, however they made it happen in much shorter time than announced and they borrowed me a spare Mac. Really great service, people seem to be passionate about what they are doing and it really shows in a customer service. Well done guys!

Very good service. Replaced iPhone screen for us. They sell genuine Apple products, and look to have just about every high end Apple accessory and gadget in stock. Price was fair for the screen replacement. Prices on a lot of the electronics and accessories are very high, but their service is great.

Terrible customer service. Went to get an HDMI adapter and the girl behind the counter, the one with the fro- was absolutely abhorrent both times I went into the store to me and my friends. She was rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. Avoid this girl at all cost the contempt she shows to foreign customers is disgusting. Will never visit this shop again.

Best place for everything Apple-related. They also honor your Apple Care guarantee, which is great if you're traveling in the DR and have issues with your device.
