Decent windows, but the overall experience was disappointing. They damaged my window sill during installation and never fixed it. On top of that, after coming out to do measurements, providing a quote, and collecting 60% upfront, they later increased the price. At that point, you’re stuck either losing your deposit or paying the extra cost. Very unprofessional and dishonest process overall.
Extremely inefficient. It took them a month to deliver a pane of glass that I paid for from day one. Then they claim the glass is different and charge double, after I've had my apartment without a window for a week, waiting for them.
Overall they do a good job, but there customer service and punctuality has to be the worst I've seen.
The quality and work guarantee at this company are impeccable. I recommended them to my father, and they resolved his issue with guaranteed quality work. I recommend them for your projects.
