I give it 2 stars because of my purchase experience, but after the purchase I wouldn't give them any stars. In late November I purchased from a sales rep named Rosali a Refrigerator, gas stove, TV, washer and dryer all of top brands. The shopping experience with Rosali was a good one, but that's where it ended. The first major problem was the delivery. 10 days after the purchase of $300,000 peso in merchandise I was told that there was no delivery date. So I had to hire a delivery company to make the delivery. A month later in late December the washer with clothes inside shut down kept the door locked and gave a E21 error. I contacted the store for service since it was under warranty and as of today January 22nd 2026 they have never gone to repair the washer. When I told them that I was going to hire my own repair person they told me that it would void the warranty. Really? How stupid does these people think their customers are? Well, I may add that in December I did buy a GE Cafe brand dishwasher. Now I hope nothing else breaks down. I recommend that if you choose to shop here at least go see Rosali, but know that she's a sales person and being helpful and courteous is her job and she's good at that. Good luck shopping here.

Good prices and a lot of choices, this people are distributor of many good brands also they give you discounts and warranty

They have a big variety of home appliances and electronic devices with reasonable prices. I do have to say that it took a bit longer than expected for them to get the merchandise from the storage but they have a decent waiting area. They also test your products before taking off and depending on the product you may also apply for delivery.

Purchased a refrigerator from them today and their prices are the best. They were able to give me a second discount for just paying in cash. Highly recommended!!!

This is was a good experience it always is they have lot discount if ask to pay cash and complain about the price. They have high quality stuff for home so was good experience. The only thing I'd didn't like was the dispatch of your items in the back of store not air-conditioning and crowded
