Their customers are fruadulent freight forwarders in the Domican Republic. Their customers order things on sites like eBay, and then they will innocently ask to return the product. But, instead of returning the original item, they'll send a bogus shipment with a bogus tracking number to the same city/state as your address, and then fool eBay (or another shopping platform) into thinking that they have returned the product to you. Thus, their fraudulent customer gets a full refund automatically, and meanwhile they've stolen the product from you. I would not be surprised if Rapidpack leadership and employees are in cohoots with the fraudulent customers, or at least merely turning a blind eye to the thievery. I would advise not to ship any items to this company or address. You just don't know if it'll turn out to be a scam or not.
Good service, currier for your package
Great
This service leaves much to be desired. They are not responsible with the packages received at their warehouse. Someone receives the packages and, according to the shipping company (FedEx, they send proof of delivery), signs as received, and this indicates that the person does not work for them. It's difficult for a customer to trust them because of the type of service they offer.
Fast processes and good customer service
