I placed an order and used this courier, and I don't know. I don't recommend it. Box Paq is cheaper, and I feel it's more organized and faster. Here, nobody knows anything, and it's like a neighborhood courier service where one person says one thing and another says something else. Besides, they stole one of my packages.

The service is awful. They don't take responsibility for the packages and are quite rude. The owner of this branch thinks he runs a corner store.

The best part? Free home delivery. Cheaper pounds.

I've been using it for a while now, it's super fast and I've never had any problems.
