The WhatsApp service was excellent and they responded quickly. The uniform I bought fit very well, but the service in the store was very poor. The assistant sent us to the sewing kit, and they were bored and making inappropriate comments. One of them told the girl (very nice, by the way), in front of the customers, that he was tired and not to bother him again. They made me go back to the store about four times to fix things that had already been indicated the day I tried on the uniform. I also went to put the logo on, and when I explained to the guy which side it went on, he put it on the wrong side. Then, when I asked if it was long, he replied, "Oh, and what was it? I can't find it..." Customers shouldn't know about everything that happens in a business. Also, I sent some colleagues, and they had the same bad experience. I feel they need to improve that aspect; otherwise, everything is fine.

Excellent service, very good quality and attractive prices

For me, the rating ranges between 3.5 and 4. They have a well-established reputation for the quality and durability of their materials, provided they are properly cared for. They offer a variety of colors, and alterations are handled quickly. What I didn't find so positive was that I paid for a new garment and received something that didn't look new at all. It's fine that dirt comes out in the wash, but one of the pieces had a stain that I asked if it could be removed. They said yes, but it didn't. There's practically no difference between paying with cash or card since the discount is negligible. The customer service didn't quite live up to the brand's reputation. Aside from that, I still feel I made a good investment buying here.

I went to pick up a doctor's outfit for my little girl that Santa is supposed to bring her on Christmas Day 🎅 and a very helpful lady assisted me. She said, "We don't have any for girls, but we can adjust the smallest size and shorten the pants." So she solved the problem for my future doctor. 👩‍🍳

Perfect, high-end staff. High-quality materials. And the girls who served me were very friendly.
