I would like to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service I received. Some time ago, I ordered a dress that was delayed by several days. Before placing the order, I inquired about their return policy, but received no response. The dress didn't fit, and when I tried to return it to the store, I was informed that they don't accept returns and that the delay was the responsibility of the shipping service, not them. I believe the store should assume responsibility, since I made the purchase directly from them, not the shipping company. I find it unfair and absurd that a garment ordered for home delivery cannot be returned or even tried on. Furthermore, the treatment I received was unacceptable when I went to complain.
