Very disappointed with the service. I tried to schedule a meeting to view some properties, but one of the agents, I believe his name was Alberto, never responded. This lack of communication is unprofessional and made the whole experience frustrating.
I wouldn’t even know where to start. If I could give zero stars, I would — in terms of their service, dedication to clients, and basic respect. Avoid this agency at all costs. There isn’t a single person there who is capable of doing their job properly. They tell fairy tales just to get a listing or to push you into pre-construction properties. Starting with Alberto and Marie, and including the manager Jose — all the same. Stop lying to people.
