The best I can say about them is their staff. Very friendly, and helpful. We had a little bit of a problem with our booking and they were willing to talk to the manager, sort it out and even get me a discount for the inconvenience. They are finishing up some construction work. They seem to be getting an elevator soon which is great news because when you arrive from a long trip, it's a bit difficult to get to the 4th floor with all your stuff. Besides that, the stay was great. Very quiet area. Very clean and very close to the town.

very good price, loved the bed. the girls at the reception are super supportive. keep in mind that you need to have a vehicle to move around, nothing is in walking distance.

Great and affordable place, first place in DR that people were actually nice and helpful, most places we visited weren’t kids friendly.. if we visit las Terrenas again, we will be definitely be back here! Thank you!!

Had a great experience staying here! The hotel was clean, in a safe area, and not too hard to find. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was also very affordable, which was a big plus. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again!
