Completely incompetent mechanics and unreasonable and inflexible customer service. Left a vehicle there for over a month for what should have been a well known and routine issue. After over 45 days and thousands of pesos, the problem was not resolved. On a follow up, I requested a simple procedure and was told the car had to be left overnight, I went to a local mechanic and had the job done in 10 minutes. It is no wonder that they do not allow customers anywhere near the service area. My advice: avoid this place, do your own research and go to a reliable and recommended mechanic.
