The quality of the chicken is very good; however, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Orders can take up to two hours to be delivered, and when you go to the restaurant, there are usually no other customers to justify the wait. Furthermore, when you contact them via message to check the status of your order, you only receive excuses instead of solutions.

Terrible service. I've ordered twice, and all they tell me is it's on its way. I text them on WhatsApp, and they say it's already out and never arrived. When I text them asking what happened, they respond with illogical lies. The chicken is good, but if you don't go in person or get lucky, you won't get it. They should have people who know how to talk to people answering the phones.

The chicken is good and tastes good.
