I waited over an hour for them to respond to my request via WhatsApp, and they didn't answer. On the contrary, they closed the chat due to "inactivity." Unbelievable. And the worst part is that I tried calling their phone number, and no one answers. I've never visited this center, but their phone service is seriously lacking.

They're a bunch of crooks. They send you to a consultation with a "doctor" even though you have a medical referral stating exactly what you need as a patient. Then, after the consultation, they suggest other types of therapies "that you need," but they don't focus on the prior referral from your certified doctor in the field. A total disappointment. Such a beautiful center, but the staff wasn't clear from the start. I was waiting from 7:49 am, and at 9:40 am they told me something that wasn't right.

Lack of coordination in appointments; you schedule an appointment and they attend to whoever arrives first. They have terrible coordination between the doctors and the resection team, which is unbelievable. The doctors are good, but if you don't want to lose patience and have a terrible disappointment, especially when you have to attend to children, it's best to avoid that place, and especially the one in Alma Rosa.

It goes without saying that my experience with Renew was very satisfying and healing, with a highly qualified staff in every area. My special admiration goes to Ms. Burgo, who was my primary therapist. Blessings to this great team of professionals, and thanks to my primary care physician, Dr. Maria.
