Dr. Wandi Gonzales is excellent, and the therapists are all different. The current problem is that since they automated the appointment system, the wait has worsened, both for billing and for therapy. For example, I arrived at 11:30 am, they charged me at 12:00 pm, and by 12:00 pm they still hadn't called me for therapy. They need to review the process.

I thank God and all the staff at the Renew center (San Isidro) for the good treatment and service I have received since I started attending, especially Gleisy Batista 😊 for her dedication and her colleagues are very good, as are the security guards. I am already working very well.
