I went to Renew Day Spa for an iron infusion. The place is clean, and the staff, including the doctor and nurses, were very friendly. The infusion worked wonders, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by the lack of transparency regarding pricing. Before going, I asked about the cost, but they didn't respond. At the spa, my mother asked again and was told it was around 10,000 pesos. Then, after speaking with the nurse and doctor, the price went up to 12,000. But when it came time to pay, they charged me 15,000 pesos. I felt uncomfortable, as if they simply assumed they could charge any amount without knowing how much money I had. Afterward, I spoke with other medical spas, and they all agreed that I was overcharged. That made me very sad because the service was good, but the lack of transparency left me feeling disappointed. If you decide to visit, simply ask for the price in writing before the service. The infusion was good, but transparency is also part of good care.
