I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE. IT'S A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED COMPANY. THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO GET THINGS DONE, AND IN THE END, THEY DON'T EVEN DO THE JOB PROPERLY. FURTHERMORE, THEY HAVE NO GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND NEVER NOTIFY YOU WHEN THE ORDER IS READY. Seriously, don't waste your time or money on this place. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I want to share my experience with Renova Studio so others can be aware of it before entrusting them with their shoes. When I handed over two pairs of shoes for repair, we agreed on a 20-business-day turnaround. However, more than two calendar months passed, and the work was still not finished. During that time, I contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp to confirm the delivery date, but they repeatedly failed to meet their commitments. Since I live in Santo Domingo and the workshop is located in Santiago de los Caballeros, I had to travel there in person to pick up my shoes after waiting more than two months. When I arrived, I found that one pair was finished, but in a different color than the original, and the second pair wasn't even ready. The most surprising thing was that, after waiting more than two months and eleven days, they told me they only needed 15 more minutes to finish the second pair. It's hard to believe that a job that had been pending for over two months could be completed in just 15 minutes. My dissatisfaction stems not only from the delay, but also from the lack of commitment, poor communication, and disregard for the client's time. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative, and I cannot recommend Renova Studio's services.

They do good work, but the wait time is too long, and they don't know when your order will be ready. It can take them over a month to clean something. But I would still use the service again.
