Used this place to rent a moped. Was reasonable at 1,000 peso for the day. Went again to rent a car for the following week and they threw the prices way up for the Christmas period.
Great family-owned business! Rented a scooter for the entire stay in Las Galeras and we were offered a fantastic price (thank you Crisleini for everything). Gasoline is sold everywhere in Las Galeras, in beer bottles or different cans, in case you’re wondering where to get some fuel nearby. If you’re looking for some souvenirs, it’s also the best place in town. When in Las Galeras, renting a scooter is the best way to explore the area and the nearby beaches!
Rented a scooter here. This is a very nice family ran agency and will take good care for you if a trouble arise on your trip . For example the battery died on my bike, I gave them a call and they sent someone down right away to where I was to swap me out a new bike. Now that’s what I call service! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again when I’m in Las Galeras!
Unfortunately I cannot leave a minus star rating. We rented 2 scooters and a small motorcycle. The motorcycle had to turn around and bring it back as it had an electrical problem and stalled all the time. The scooter I was on had no brake lights, no functioning gauges, and a rear wheel bearing 100% finished. My wifes scooter also had no functioning gauges and stalled on idle. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.
Friendly owners. We rented a scooter for a midday. From 12 till 6. We paid 1100 pesos. It's not that cheap but its ok. The scooter was fine. They speak very little English so better use Google Live translate.
