Terrible service, I don't recommend their WhatsApp line or eating at that place to anyone.

My first visit to Roel Joyas was a mixed experience. The jewelry store offers a wide variety of pieces, many of them visually appealing. However, the customer service left something to be desired. Although the diversity of jewelry is evident, the excessively fast service didn't allow me to fully appreciate all the available options. There was a sense of haste on the part of the staff, as if they were eager to finish the interaction. My search for a specific pair of earrings, which I had previously seen on their Instagram page and inquired about their availability, was disappointing. Despite observing them taking numerous pieces out of a box, when I asked about their availability, the response was that they were only available by order. The unwillingness to verify the existence of a product ready for sale left a bitter taste. I had inquired about it earlier that day and had gone to their store specifically to look for it. Despite this, I bought a few pieces, and although I can't comment on the quality of the jewelry, at first glance, many looked elegant and attractive. However, my overall experience was marred by the lack of attention and the inability to find what I was initially looking for. In short, Roel Joyas offers a wide range of visually appealing options, but the rushed service and the limited availability of products for sale could be areas for improvement. I'm eager to assess the quality of the jewelry as I use the pieces I purchased and will update this review accordingly.
