My experience at this salon was extremely unpleasant. I should clarify that I can't comment on the hair services because I only went there to get my nails done. However, the service I received in that area was terrible. The technician who attended to me clearly wanted to finish as quickly as possible, and the result was a disaster: thick, unfinished, sloppy nails that were far from professional. Furthermore, I requested a specific design; the person assured me she knew how to do it, and yet she completely ruined it. I decided to express my dissatisfaction, thinking that, as with any responsible business, they would offer me a solution or at least the opportunity to correct the work. To my surprise, the response was to block me on WhatsApp instead of admitting their mistake and trying to improve. I find it unacceptable that a salon that deals with the public would act this way in response to a legitimate complaint. As a customer, I expected respect, professionalism, and responsibility, and unfortunately, I received none of that. I would not return, nor would I recommend their nail service.

The experience was one to remember, excellent.
