Good services

I saw an oil change offer online, but when I went, they couldn't do the service because they were taking inventory. I asked if I could pay upfront and then have them register the sale in their system, but they were indifferent. They don't seem like bad people, just lacking empathy. They didn't even offer a recommendation for another nearby service. A complete waste of time.

I've been taking my car to this shop for several months now, and I always leave feeling reassured knowing it's in good hands. The team is very professional, they clearly explain what the vehicle needs, and they don't do unnecessary work just to charge more. They helped me with preventative maintenance, and since then, the car has run much better. It's clear they focus on doing a good job and taking care of their customers. Plus, the prices are fair, and the service has always been respectful and friendly. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable place to keep your vehicle in excellent condition.

I had two bad experiences with them. The first was for work on the steering rack and pinion. They finished the job but left the steering rack crooked. Then I went back to have the car checked because it was lacking power. They gave me a quote of 57,000 pesos to replace the gears, valves, and head gasket, when in reality the only problem was the airflow meter. They charged me 1,500 pesos for a checkup and, to top it all off, they ripped off the engine cover. They do a lot of crazy things. I don't recommend them.

Excellent customer service; I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be back when I need another oil change, especially knowing they also offer engine cleaning services.
